Service Packages and Prices

All service are Professional done by Professional Photographer that has logged over 9,000 photoshoots, residential homes, Commercial Properties in 2015 to 2022.  All images are all HDR for residential and commercial shoots.

 

When placing an Order, please choose the right package and pay with Paypal. Once received, will confirm day and time of shoot. Please call ahead to reserve your days as we can get many call for shoots.  We service 6 Counties, King, Snohomish, Peirce, Kitsap, Thurston and Skagit.  Additional fee, due to distance, time and Ferry transportation. We try to accommodate all shoots and request that all shoot schedules be confirmed and any changes or reschedule can be done as long you provide necessary time for rescheduling.

Once paid, please provide your info:  Name, Phone, Address for Shoot, time desired, email address for image delivery.

Accept payment through  Zelle, Check, Cash or CC through Paypal w/fees Included. Invoice and receipts will be provided. Will contact you through Phone, Text or email to confirm. 

 

Please Note: Once scheduled and paid, No Refund. If you are not able to shoot on the scheduled time, will try to accommodate alternate time.

Package 3.   Residential Homes            Upto 5000sf         $525   50-80   Images,   all HDR,   24 Hours, All Enhanced,  High Quality images

Package 4.   Residential Homes            Upto 7000sf         $650   60-100 Images,   all HDR,   24 Hours, All Enhanced,  High Quality images

Package 5.   Commercial                       Upto 10,000sf      $1000-$2000  Images,   all HDR,   24 Hours, All Enhanced,  High Quality images

Package 6.   Aerial Photography           1 to 5 Acres          $225.00 10-20   Images,                    24 Hours, Enhanced as Needed, High Quality

Package 7.   Aerial Photography           1 to10 Acres         $275.00 10-30   Images,                    24 Hours, Enhanced as Needed, High Quality

Package 8.   Video Residential Photography    $875 to $1500 Please call for availability and quote.

Package 9.   3D VR Matterport Video Residential Photography.    $650 to $3500      Please call for availability and quote.

Package 10.  3D VR Matterport Commercial Property.                   $2500 to $15000. Please call for availability and quote.

Package 11. Interior Design Photography.        Minimum $450 per Trip, Please call for Quotes.

Package 12. Business Photography, Website.  Minimum $500 per Trip. Please call for Quotes.
